Jose R @thespeeddemon 4d just seen this movie last night. it was a nice touch of emotions being delivered throughout the entire film. i was a huge fan of tom hanks from the movie "BIG" so i was curious to seeing his acting skills in a romance movie. He killed it for the 80’s role. John candy was amazing in this too. Still haven’t seen young buck but i will someday! I’m a young soul. 22 years old but i love watching movies before i was even born. Seeing life and how drastically movies have changed over the decades! I would recommend this. A mad scientist is trying to prove he isn’t crazy by splashing water on madison to expose her mermaid skin. Eventually the scientist does, he seems regretful because barry was actually in love. he was waiting for love his whole life and the moment he grasped onto love; she’s a fish! what a story! It is about a man named who makes love to a mermaid and is trying to marry her but as there is a mad scientist the whole time is trying to find that she is a mermaid. The quality is good. The storytelling is good for an 80s comedy and the acting is pretty good with Tom Hanks and John Candy. Overall I would rate this movie a 4.5 stars out of 5 stars. My favorite scene is when the scientists see John Candy on top of the tank. I would recommend this movie.
