06/14/2024 A passable F/N even if it did borrow, thematically, from "Key Largo". A competent enough cast but none of them are Bogey, Bacall, or Robinson. See more nick s 04/27/2024 Quite a good effort, especially as it's the first for this director. The acting was fine and the story had a good finale. A bit of a flat patch midway when the show got stuck in one setting, but worth wading through. See more @Blobbo 07/28/2020 Blobbo's thumb-blobs more up than down. The moral is: Bring a map, leave early, don't get stuck See more 08/12/2015 Solid little thriller from Dick Powell in the directorial debut. Stephen McNally plays an escaped prisoner who takes several varied people hostage and then carts them off to a Nevada nuclear test site just hours before a bomb is set to be tested. It's kind of a gonzo story set up and it's actually pretty suspenseful at times, even if it seems a bit goofy. See more Read all reviews
