I really liked this movie insomuch I bought a DVD of it when they pulled it off Netflix. I can not really nail down why I liked it. It had a good story, and did a good job of building up the characters. I was unique in a lot of ways.

I love the whimsical and silliness of this movie. I love (even more) the serious underlying issues that are addressed beneath those layers of whimsy & silly. I love MOST ... the freakin' dance scenes. #TootsieRoll Lol!!!

Great stuff! If you are LGBTQ+ see this movie. If you appreciate ORIGINAL, fun, coming of age stories, see this movie. If you are open minded and need something besides the same predictable fluff, see this movie.
