Audience Member The play material is quite deep and disturbing, but the execution from all actors is flawless and beautiful. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member as always, maggie smith is truly captivating. i think this may be better than the famous film version for two outstanding reasons: it's all shot in a few adjoining spaces and it's free of liz taylor's incessant moaning. natasha richardson's delivers a more controlled and believable portrayal. rob lowe's, like monty clift's, is the weakest character by far. i refuse to dis hepburn but, again, maggie smith is utterly brilliant. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member Great acting! Especially from Maggie Smith and Natasha Richardson. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Audience Member In some ways superior to the 1959 Elizabeth Taylor version. Less sensationalised works well. The lead performances are top notch and Tennessee Williams writing is eloquent. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Brilliantly acted by the two female leads and atmospherically shot. Rob Lowe tries but is outclassed on every level by the ladies. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Great Movie , sure wish it was out on DVD Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Read all reviews
