Paula L Funny thought provoking film with common ageing and life themes which most middle agers will relate to - light and fun and based on a true story - thoroughly enjoyable Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/31/23 Full Review john k This is s dreadful movie , a hard watch , must be some sort of tax right off because it had bad script bad plot bad acting Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review isla s This film looks and seems like a feature length TV comedy, sitcom special. Its quite lighthearted and has some mildly amusing moments although its also somewhat cheesy and it was a little too predictable for my personal taste. I suppose it highlights the loveable British, or English, eccentric and its about pulling yourself through tough crossroads with the help of a few friends and a shared love of something. I did say its cheesy!. Its a pretty simple film really. Not unwatchable but not especially good either. This is a pretty middle of the road, average watch. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member They don’t particularly say anything fun but the idea of it all it rather funny 2.4. Felt like it was trying to be a bit like dodgeball maybe Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 08/23/21 Full Review angelo k At first it seems like a comedy about mens synchronized swimming, but as the film goes on, it actually gets to a warmhearted and lovely atmosphere, which, for me, was unexpected, because all I expected was laughs about mens synchronized swimming. In fact, I really enjoyed that those underdogs all have different personalities, problems and all that matters to them is that they meet to swim together. Overall there were some things that were a little bit too far fetched, but the rest was really entertaining and thoughtful. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member A heartwarming tale about friendship and belonging. Well worth a watch Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

David Stratton The Australian It's a film for blokes who seek a bit of undemanding light entertainment. Rated: 2.5/5 Mar 22, 2019 Full Review Paul Byrnes Sydney Morning Herald It's a sweet idea for a comedy, and it almost convinces you that it's as funny as it wants to be...It's hard to pick what's missing, but something certainly is. Rated: 3/5 Mar 14, 2019 Full Review Rex Reed Observer There is nothing remarkable or consequential about it, but it's not a waste of time, either. Rated: 2/4 Dec 11, 2018 Full Review Tilly Pearce metro.co.uk The movie was more depressing than it was entertaining and needed to embrace its light-hearted side more. Rated: 2/5 Jan 26, 2021 Full Review Hannah Brown Jerusalem Post It's utterly predictable from start to finish, but still fun. Jul 28, 2020 Full Review Peter Gray Brisbanista A missed opportunity that unfortunately can't save itself from drowning Rated: 1.5/5 May 1, 2019 Full Review Read all reviews
