This movie is so cute. I’ve seen it multiple times, and each time is heartwarming and entertaining and touching. I’ve come to really appreciate these British movies that are about real human beings and feel set in the real world. This movie is proof that you don’t need a huge budget or fancy CGI to make something meaningful. Brings big budget movies to shame. Fast and furious fans should stay away from this movie and from rating it as well. No car chases or inexplicable human strength necessary to create a story that sticks with you.

This film looks and seems like a feature length TV comedy, sitcom special. Its quite lighthearted and has some mildly amusing moments although its also somewhat cheesy and it was a little too predictable for my personal taste. I suppose it highlights the loveable British, or English, eccentric and its about pulling yourself through tough crossroads with the help of a few friends and a shared love of something. I did say its cheesy!. Its a pretty simple film really. Not unwatchable but not especially good either. This is a pretty middle of the road, average watch.
