05/03/2011 Filming is wonderful. A slow paced experience of new love, new life in a new country, nostalgia for the mother land - I didn't understand the ending though. Did Darya return to Russia? Eddie and his ex-wife begin to get back together? Ending was a bit abrupt, unfortunately. Otherwise a beautiful film. See more 03/26/2008 Started out kind of slow but in the end I liked it a lot. Very gentle portrait of folks trying to figure out what's really important to them. Sarah Harmer was great, I thought. See more 08/15/2007 Amazing Female Canadian Director!
