I have not watched the original movie from 1956, therefore without backgroundinformation, i'd say this was an ok movie. The story was great, and intriguing, as well as the ending which was genius! I did not see that coming (I did predict the glass-switch at the end), but the way they set-up a sequel was perfect. Grace's performance was still on spot, and I would say that one of the biggest negatives to this movie, is the genre that was listed. Cause it was definitely not creepy, scary, nor having any jump-scares. In other words; if you are after a non scary, but interesting story, with SOME "13+" disturbing scenes, just give it a watch, and ignore "The BAD reviews"!
