A beast is roaming the Christmas-decorated streets and picking off the most vulnerable, the unhoused. Constance and Sketch live on the fringes of society, barely scraping by and living in an abandoned auto repair shop. Little do they know, just outside their doors is a ravenous beast, a bloodthirsty werewolf.

Vanessa F @Nessanova Jan 15 Beast on Walton Street was a really fun watch, especially if you live in Wooster. Seeing familiar streets and neighborhoods on screen adds a whole extra layer of creepiness. The filmmakers put a lot of heart into this project, and for a local indie horror movie, it’s impressively well done. It’s not super scary but there are some genuinely unsettling moments. It’s not a big-budget Hollywood film, but that’s part of the charm — it feels gritty, personal, and grounded in our town. Watching it with my daughter made it even more memorable. If you’re from Wooster or just enjoy indie horror with a unique local vibe, it’s definitely worth checking out. See more Read all reviews
