When I watched it for the first time a couple of years ago it was because I wanted to practice my Danish and my options to do so were a bit limited on Netflix. It was so good that I now watched it for the third time yesterday. I absolutely recommend watching the original version, without dubbing.

Some parts might not be entirely convincing, such as the nun's illicit romance just to prove God's existence, but the final sequence showing the horror of the bombardment is superb. It alone justifies the rating. Very good!

One of the worse movies I have seen. Boring and pointless story for most of the plot, but my biggest complaint is the outright villainization of the RAF pilots. Right from the opening scence the RAF pilots are made out as incompetent and are villainized by the tragic accident that the story portays and at the same time creates a redemption arc for a nazi collaborator.

Such an unexpectedly good film. Tells the little known story of an English bombing raid against the Gestapo headquarters in WW2 Copenhagen. Beautifully filmed and directed. The child characters steal most of the scenes. The movie is intelligent and the side story involving Sister Teresa adds an interesting theological element. Good that Netflix is investing in European films.
