Meagan Navarro Bloody Disgusting If this were an adventure movie or Utah tourism marketing, The Canyonlands would have a solid foundation. As a horror movie, though, nothing works. Rated: 1.5/5 Mar 15, 2021 Full Review Noel Murray Los Angeles Times But the most frustrating thing about this movie is that more than half of it takes place in the dark of night. Why call a motion picture "The Canyonlands," and then barely show them? Mar 6, 2021 Full Review Nathaniel Muir AIPT While the horror elements are too derivative, the setting is gorgeous. The empty space is capitalized on in a way not normally seen in the genre. Mar 29, 2021 Full Review Peter Gray This is Film A horror project that unfortunately can't quite decipher which identity it wants to adopt. Mar 4, 2021 Full Review Matt Donato What To Watch The Canyonlands is a slasher that attempts to remember Native American massacres at the bloodsoaked hands of white miners; it's just not a very effective one on the basest subgenre merits. Rated: 1.5/5 Mar 1, 2021 Full Review Christian Toto HollywoodInToto.com Low-budget shocker leaves genre tropes behind for stupefying finale. Rated: 1.5/4 Mar 1, 2021 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Total waste of time. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member I liked it as a B horror flick but tge one thing I can't get over is the fact that she has a satellite phone and when her first attempt to call help fails she says she can't call 911 because it would take hours. Why write the phone into the script in the first place Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member WTF was that??? Total waste of time!! There's absolutely nothing right with this... a spectacular failure Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review brad p ‘The Canyonlands' Loses Its Horror in the Wilderness Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Great throwback to 80s horror, brought me back to Nightmare on Elm Street days. Awesome scenery, funny characters. Overall solid indie horror. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Read all reviews
