The Christmas Classic follows Elizabeth Bird (Malin Akerman) home for the holidays where she has been sent by her boss to buy the small, rundown local ski resort, Ski Alto. She hopes to close the deal and leave the same day, avoiding her oddball family, but she accidentally bumps into her sister, Lynn Flynn (Amy Smart) and is forced to stay through Christmas. To be honest I almost turned it off during the animated intro but definitely glad I tuffed it out. It was a great play on classic Christmas movie plots, brought lots of giggles and even a few laugh out loud. Really enjoyed this movie and will add it to my list of must watch Christmas movies from now on.

Starts off slow, but turns out to be a pretty funny Christmas movie. It's not your average hallmark movie, it has some R rated comedy. It also has a great catchy Christmas song called Island Christmas. I recommend to people who like an off beat Christmas movie

Our family thought this would be a fun movie to watch this holiday season and were very disappointed. Acting was horrible. Decided it wasn’t worth continuing after 15 minutes. We have never not finished a movie before. 🥴

My guess is that the writers have never been to a ski town or seen snow before. It felt forced. I couldn't find a character to root for, relate to, or even really understand.

This was the worst movie I have ever seen. Awful acting, poor casting, and the most pathetic excuse for a plot. Save 2 hours of your life and avoid this movie at all costs.
