Audience Member I don't really know if I can put into words just how bad this movie is. The acting was horrible. While I think the story had potential, it was executed very poorly.I'm simply surprised the filmmakers were proud enough of this film to release this film. Rated 0.5/5 Stars •  Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Audience Member I had really high hopes for this movie, but ultimately, I was a bit disappointed. The movie starts of with a bang. The acting and direction are completely believable, and the story sucks you in like a whirlpool. It looks and feels like a genuine documentary. The killer is at first very spot on and realistic, but then... he NEVER SHUTS UP! The entire motive behind his killing was to get rid of girls who "think that they are untouchable, and above him," yet he himself is a completely self-obsessed narcissist. Perhaps that was the point, but it grated on my nerves something fierce. I felt like I was watching a documentary about Ferris Bueller teaching me how to kill women in between hearing the poetry that is himself talking to himself and practicing his broody looks and pouty lip puckers. But overall, this was definitely worth watching. Almost all of the "interviewees" are top notch and fully believable, and there are some truly stomach-pitting moments of horror, with some grisly blood and gore FX, as you can see from the poster shown here (sorry, Facebook friends!). There are far worse horror mockumentaries to be watched, for sure, but I could not get over the cocky and overly-tried screen presence of the lead actor. But that might just be me.. Rated 3/5 Stars •  Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member While still somewhat interesting and well-paced, it lacks a lot of personality and anything really to make it stand out from other movies that focus on serial killers. The killer in this movie is rarely likeable an the insight given is monotonous and not too well thought-out or well-acted. It is also fairly flat, but incredibly in a way that it makes the movie feel consistent, even if the consistancy consists of some not so original moments. Rated 2.5/5 Stars •  Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member A VERY impressive "snuff film" about a pimpled face teenager who supposedly in 2009 went around Cohasset, Massachusettes killing 3 classmates and filmed it. It's not based on any particular crime I don't think, but the "authenticity" in which what is presented was nicely done and gave me the chills.
