Matt M Weak, storyline predictable, still unsure what the story was? Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Christ on a bike - not an original thought in this entire movie. Well worn pedestrian cliches jostle for position in an uninspiring litany of crimes against dialogue. I simply do not believe that a significant number of better or at least more original scripts and ideas cross producers desks every week so the only point of interest here is how this one was commissioned. What a waste or resources. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member Nothing new or surprising here. A very formulaic movie about police corruption and one man's road to redemption for family. The acting is good enough to carry the movie through the tedious moments and the few and far between action sequences. However, to call this suspenseful or a thriller is a real stretch of those terms. Everything that is said and done in this movie is predictable and cliché and really makes one wonder why this movie needed to be made at all. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review andy p Kill em all... who cares? Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Great acting. We're not looking for a unique crime drama experience here.. they give us what we want. Great job. Villain is Awsome!!! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Stephen Dalton Hollywood Reporter Scalpello and screenwriter Nick Moorcroft take the lowest common denominator route, falling back on tired mob-movie clichés, stock characters and leaden dialogue so generic it could have been written by an algorithm. May 13, 2019 Full Review Mike McCahill Guardian The storytelling connecting its disparate elements starts to feel dashed-off, as if somebody involved couldn't wait for it to occupy the 10pm slot on London Live that may be its destiny. Rated: 2/5 May 10, 2019 Full Review Jeanne Kaplan Kaplan vs. Kaplan It's a better than decent thriller that you can catch on your telly. Jan 23, 2020 Full Review David Kaplan Kaplan vs. Kaplan A well-written, well-acted and hard-hitting piece of material accompanied by an excellent musical score. And it features Timothy Spall and Hugh Bonneville in key roles as some of the villains indicated in the movie's title. Jan 23, 2020 Full Review Jeffrey Lyles Lyles' Movie Files Wastes its cast and intriguing potential with a cliche by the numbers gangster film that lacks energy or engaging suspense. Rated: 5/10 Jan 22, 2020 Full Review Nicholas Bell IONCINEMA.com Ably performed by a cast of some formidably notable talent joined by contemporary stars, there's nothing essentially wrong with Scalpello's latest... And yet, there's nothing to make this remarkably compelling or eventually memorable. Rated: 2.5/5 Jan 21, 2020 Full Review Read all reviews
