Styria, Curse of Styria, Angels of Darkness, what the fuck is your title, m8? The actual film was titled Angels of Darkness so I guess that's what they decided on really (what a terrible name!). I don't know how I feel about this. I think the relationship with Carmilla is well done, and the castle and town are both really perfect. The actual story though, is very messy. I mean, the original story leaves a lot to be desired because it's so short, but in an attempt to make it into a movie they just... abandoned a bunch of that and made it, well, messy. It's pretty neat though and super atmospheric .

Visually interesting film about a young girl's fascination with a bother girl who proves to be a vampire. Very atmospheric.

This is an amazing effort from a promising director! This movie has all the right amounts of mood and tantalizing dread! It carries a lot of folklore and superstitions that, for this viewer, are equivalent to telling a deliciously creepy ghost story around the campfire!

A typical old world horror story about a legend that comes back and terrorises a small town. Nothing that has not been done before, and better so nothing special here.
