But the settled routine of the ward is shattered when Gabriel joins the staff as another nurse. Gabriel is young, attractive and everyone is seduced by him. But soon the death rate on the ward increases. Whn Marcos realises that Gabriel is also killing patients, but indiscriminately and carelessly, he decides to act. But doing so places his own identity in jeopardy.

Marcos is a compassionate ICU nurse at a medical facility who occasionally relieves patients from their suffering. When a new nurse arrives and impresses people with his outgoing nature and personality, Marcos discovers that the new nurse is killing patients at random. Leading the two to an uneasy confrontation. Went in blind to this one and was pleasantly surprised at how compelling this Spanish film was. Kept me hooked in from beginning to end.

Synopsis
