The casting only deepens the problem, with performances that feel misjudged and unable to ground the material, making the film come off like a student project stretched to feature length. Direction offers little vision, as the movie can’t decide whether it wants to be suspenseful, dramatic, or psychological, and ends up bland in all three. What hurts most is the wasted potential, because the premise could have explored family secrets and real stakes.
