Josh Bell Crooked Marquee Swarens cycles through a year's worth of holidays, but downplays the high concept, instead focusing on a genial hangout vibe. Rated: B- Dec 3, 2024 Full Review David-Elijah Nahmod Bay Area Reporter . These are characters that many women will be able to relate to, though, I suspect, that men will also enjoy this film. A good story is a good story, and transcends things like gender or sexual orientation. Nov 11, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Sorry but this film was average. I give it 1 star because the acting is below parr -the actress Mak Shealy delivers very cringy scenes 😬. I do not think she is suited to be on camera. Alexandra Swarens, once again, strong writing but same lesbian idea as all her films. Write something different, something new! It's absolutely unrealistic that 2 lesbian's in unique situationships always end up together! So yea, it's a feel good script and thats why lesbians love it because it's a sapphic dream. Alexandra, hire costars with more experience. Also, the written by, directed by and starring thing 🙄 Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/18/25 Full Review Fredzaida L Fresh Sapphic film! The Holiday Club has relatable characters that make you feel part of the story very easily. The build up of the main charcaters' relationship is the hook that gets you hung up, and the chemistry between them makes the 1 hour and 30 minutes of the film go by in a blink. Definitely entertaining! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/25 Full Review Emily M This movie is so sweet and relatable if you're a sapphic woman - Alexandra and Mak are delightful to watch. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/04/25 Full Review Audience Member This movie is terrible. Incredibly slow, not believable at all. Who let's a delivery person/stranger into their home to hang? Lack of character development. Acting was meh. I could barely get through it. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 12/26/24 Full Review Julia F Really sweet and cute movie! One of the best that i see for the genre romantic lesbian story! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/25/24 Full Review Tamara Y The movie was so slow. I struggled to stay engaged and caught myself thinking I should just turn it off. I liked the storyline but that was about all I liked. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 12/24/24 Full Review Read all reviews
