Then you find out you’re one of five strangers handpicked by a guy dressed like a gunslinger from the 1850s with the demeanor of an undertaker. He’s looking for a demon and he’s going to need to look inside your soul. Also the AC isn’t working, and you probably have to pee. But hey, there are worse things than being stuck on a blacked out non-linear subway car, right? Like finding out you're a demon. Demons worry when The Hunter is near. Not all the five tales are created equal, but there’s something for everyone. Rated 5/5 Stars •  Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/11/24 Full Review Michael V "Hunter's Anthology" is a movie about 6 strangers who find themselves trapped on a subway car in NYC one fateful day. Their actions are then examined by Demon Hunter "Mac" (played by Taylor August), which leads us into 5 individual stories that explore demonic forces and human imperfections. There's nice variety and eeriness to the stories. I found the standouts to be the married couple's apartment security camera, and the Siamese twin girls' Carrie-like narrative amidst their high school peers.
