Audience Member A pretty interesting ghost story...but was a little too slow-paced at times. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Audience Member Horrible movie. Almost made up for it with crazy twist at the end, but when it made absolutely no sense, it failed to do so. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member This place smells like death and bad dreams Due to some unfortunate circumstances a police officer and his family are forced to live with several prison inmates. The family is reluctant to partake in this plan of action; although, their new home is almost complete and this should be a relatively minimal inconvenience. However, the circumstance becomes volatile when the police officer's sanity starts taking a turn for the worse due to the increased number of interactions with the prisoners. "This place stinks." "It smells like my wife." Billy Lewis, director of episodes of Port City PD, delivers The Jailhouse in his directorial debut. The storyline for this picture is odd and seems a bit unrealistic. The character development and portrayal is solid and the script is well written. The cast delivers mediocre performances and includes Ken Aguilar, Siri Baruc, and Darren Dalton, "Why do you smell like that? We're all eating the same food!" The Jailhouse is a film I came across on the Chiller channel while flicking through the channels earlier this evening. The plot sounded interesting and the premise seemed original. While I will say the premise and script were solid, the execution was less than average and could have been delivered in a more believable fashion. Overall, this is only worth watching if nothing else is on. "Bacon and eggs." Grade: C- Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/19/23 Full Review Audience Member Jailhouse features intermittent chills. Those chills though quite frightening though, no matter how much there are, but what I don't get is... the film pans mostly. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review Audience Member Strong cast and intriquing story makes "The Jailhouse" a good movie to see. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Read all reviews
