log M. @LogMan 6d This movie is definitely slept on. Most people might not know this, but the Green Goblin scene from the original Spider-Man is actually inspired by this movie. Anyways, this movie follows Mickey as he struggles through some personal things. Another person who overcame adversity is Popeye in the movie Popeye the Slayerman. Now THATS a movie. Honestly, the fact that Popeye the Slayerman didn’t win a kids choice award is besides me. This one time I ate spinach and thought it was pretty good so I related pretty heavily to the movie Popeye the Slayerman. Anywho, I would watch these movies in this order: Popeye the Slayerman first, follow that up with Black Friday 2021, after that you’re gonna wanna watch Minions 1/2, and then you’re gonna wanna finish it off with Mouse Trap. I hastily wrote this review because I was enjoying the movie so much but I should have waited until the end. This movie was making a run for my top 5 but I swear to you the last 2 minutes of this movie will leave you speechless. I mean I’m still thinking about the ending of this movie guys you have no idea unless you’ve seen it. The craftsmanship of the script is nearly unbeatable, only second to Popeye the Slayerman, and the acting is phenomenal. I think this movie is definitely worth the watch and I hope you guys enjoy! They don't even seem to be trying. They should objectively reassess their next film and improve many aspects, but the way this film turned out doesn't seem like that's possible. The writing is terrible, with confusing dialogue that adds nothing to the already lackluster plot. The slasher/killer in the film is not scary at all, and to make matters worse, is forgotten about in one of the first scenes, leaving viewers scratching their heads. This movie is genuinely a terrible watch, with no redeeming qualities to speak of. From start to finish, "The Mouse Trap" is a disappointing and forgettable addition to the horror genre, ranking as one of the worst horror movies I've ever watched. See more Read all reviews
