It feels like a biblical epic. I know there is an audience for this because it is an old-fashioned action-adventure. It is low budget, so there is not a whole lot of CGI. It is a story of survival.

The Oath is a faith-based movie about Judeo-Christian historical people, but this tedious drama is actually very soulless. The characters, story, and filmmaking are woefully generic, while the acting performances are dismally substandard.

They made it sound like it was based on a true story. It was more like a rewritten Gladiator and then they tried to make more sales using the same approach as The Sound of Freedom. They could have and should have just not made any connection to the Book of Mormon and it would have been a lot better.

A truly inspiring story of believe, sacrifice, and loyalty. I loved that is set in ancient America. My wife even loved it! She appreciated the well thought-out plot and moving love story not just a war drama. Completely surpassed her expectation. The characters and setting seemed very authentic. Inspired me to love my love ones more deeply. Can't wait to see it a second time.

Absolutely Must See! We loved it and seen it two times already. The message in it is very beautiful and powerful. It really makes you think. Perfect for Christmas season, specially for this one. The whole world should see it. Long time without a great family movie. It touched our hearts and hopefully it reaches millions of hearts. Thats what the world needs. Also, I love music, specially the sound in theaters, and this one is amazing!! This movie is for everybody, dont miss it!
