Special mention goes to the young male lead, whose performance is remarkably engaging and gave me goosebumps, a fresh face with an impressive portrayal. The women in the cast, whose careers I've followed and admired, also deliver memorable performances in this ensemble.

vast backdrop of New York City. The portrayal of love felt genuine, characterized by realistic and relatable characters. The film's fashion was exceptionally crafted, adding to the allure and genuineness of the predominantly melanated cast. The movie excels in presenting a love story that is both beautiful and unfiltered, a rare combination. From the start, I found myself invested in the characters' journey. The film breathes new life into the often bleak "older woman-younger man" narrative, delivering a refreshing perspective that captivates with each twist and turn of the plot. A job well done! This is a film I am eager to watch again.

Not a fan of the screenplay changes. Bad styling - that hair!. Why bot stick to what made the book so great? The music choices were strange too. It just didn't get it right. And Gabrielle was not the person for this role, did they even screen test them as a couple? T he whole thing just seemed awkward. Not convinced they has any actual chemistry.
