Drew Hunt Chicago Reader [A] dreary Canadian drama. Jun 19, 2014 Full Review Miriam Bale New York Times Ms. Jaye uses sound, composition and careful patience to create a contemplative mood of memory, loss and magic. With limited resources and the power of storytelling, she has created a small film that feels mainstream and epic. Audience Member A mediocre film that steps its audience through predictable paces. The characters convey no sense of presence and possess little depth. It would have made a better impression had it been shortened and presented as a student film. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member An effective little movie about the remembrance of a brief relationship. Might have been improved with a bit more development but, as is, it might more effectively relate the transient impermanence of experience.
