Par H @Parhwy Jun 14 The Platform (2019) is a 95-minute-long Spanish thriller I saw on Netflix in June 2026. This film isn’t fucking around. I had no idea this film existed until it popped up on my Netflix recommendations. Damn glad to have watched it. I could prattle on about its acting, directing, staging, scripting, etc, etc. I won’t. I’m just going to repeat myself: This film isn’t fucking around, damn glad to have watched it. Rewatch? Yes. Recommend? Yes. 9/10. The movie uses heavy cultural examples, just like Dom Quixote or the enormous consumerism after the industrial revolution. Sometimes you don't want to eat, you want to fill your belly and make the next people's meal horrible, just because you have the power to do that... It's evolution...
