The first half hour is lovely, and poetically expresses the early period after Collins' stroke as his and his wife's recollections play over visual metaphors/quasi-reconstructions set among the stunning scenery of the Scottish coastal town of Helmsdale. After that it gradually becomes a more conventional triumph over adversity tale but still a charming portrait of a mature and loyal love. At one notable moment Grace is literally Edwyn's right hand.

Lots of beautiful rural Scotland. Almost like a nice piece of work. Lots of reflections on his childhood wonder. Lots of reminicenses on his love, happiness and his sense of joy
