This highly anticipated follow-up to director James Fox's blockbuster UFO documentaries, The Phenomenon and Moment of Contact, The Program explores the unprecedented bipartisan Congressional effort to uncover what intelligence agencies really know about UFOs, now referred to as UAP. The first two public hearings in over half a century included testimony under oath from military and intelligence officers with jaw-dropping allegations of a clandestine program to analyze recovered materials and non-human biologics. Through candid interviews with high-ranking insiders, elected officials, physicists, intelligence officers, and military whistleblowers, The Program goes behind the scenes to leave even the staunchest skeptics astounded by the assertions from a growing chorus of insiders that we are not alone.

Melodic S Rented this documentary in Amazon Prime yesterday. Oh my god, this is crazy, I will buy all his documentaries as soon as I get a chance, first of all I do believe everything I see in these videos. But even if they are all bolony, they are quite enjoyable to watch as stand alone entertainment products. Just watch it and have fun. If all this turns out to be true or not. We can only wait and see. I will be looking forward to Mr. Foxs next documentary, even if its not about UAP. Great job! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/15/25 Full Review P B Phenomenal depiction of the current state of disclosure. Highly recommend this and James' other films. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/08/25 Full Review Jamie W I must confess to not really getting the underwhelming claims . James Fox does it again with a fantastic documentary on the back engineering program and biggest cover up in human history. Contary to some reviews, there are actually stories and things in here I personally wasn’t fully familiar with such as the Calvine Photo full story and the encounter near to Nellis. Only the wilfully ignorant and plain stupid can deny it at this point. I just wish Fox would make a documentary about the full story of The Phoenix Lights , as there is much more to that story than the tv documentaries ( and Lynne Kitei and 911 operator documentaries ) touch upon. Keep em coming if you can Mr Fox . Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/08/25 Full Review Daniel S This information is packaged well and the movie has new details as well! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/05/25 Full Review David H If you follow the subject on “UAP Disclosure”…even moderately, I think you’ll be disappointed. Almost all of the footage is material that is well known to us. It’s a good documentary as an addition to the other James Fox films and for those who are just beginning to get educated on this. For the rest of us who have situations awareness on this issue…I hope you didn’t see this and pay full price! Thankfully, I paid but with a small discount. For me, the only new item in the documentary was the segment covering the “blue man”. Just the picture of this guy in my mind’s eye wearing an earthly Military type uniform was strange to say the least. We know now after reading books like Lue Elizando’s “Eminent” that the who UAP issue is very much related to the paranormal…which may be a strong reason why disclosure has been so hard and stubbornly forthcoming. It’s worth seeing, just not worth paying for. My opinion of course. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/14/25 Full Review James L THIS IS A MUST-SEE. DECIDE FOR YOURSELF. This is another masterful piece of responsible fact finding from James Fox. Just like his other films, THE PROGRAM demonstrates his keen eye for finding sincere, believable people with direct knowledge of phenomena that many people find incredible. Fox has a unique ability to discern the most credible voices with the most fascinating and consequential experiences any of us has heard... and presents them in a way that allows everyone to see and weigh their sincerity for ourselves. The subject is important. The allegations hold tectonic implications. The people speaking these allegations are very credible. THIS IS A MUST-SEE. DECIDE FOR YOURSELF.
