Crystal W Terrible. Disappointing. Not thrilling. Poorly edited. Scenes jumped too much. Inconsistent. Not even the great Morgan freeman could save this movie. I'm shocked he even did this. But hey if it's a student movie then it's alright. Everyone starts somewhere. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 04/21/24 Full Review Jeff E I bought the Blu-Ray on a whim at a rental kiosk, and hoo-boy was this not one of Morgan Freeman's finest moments. And it was nice to see Cole Hauser in fine form, and he's actually not bad (in terms of acting a certain archetype) in a movie with awful dialogue. So many things that do not make sense here, and the ending is certainly a stomach-turning surprise. If any movie screams to be rented in a form where you can have alternate endings than the one that was generally released, this movie is it. So now I own a $3.99 Blu-Ray I will never watch again. Someone at the thrift shop is going to get a deal. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 04/12/24 Full Review Angus L Beyond dreadful. Whoever wrote the screenplay couldn't be bothered. Cliched. Corny twist. What was Mr Freeman thinking to be a part of such tripe? Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 04/05/24 Full Review Edward G Wow! That sucked , but I liked it anyway Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/31/24 Full Review Valerie D Very disappointed that Mr. Freeman, who is an absolutely brilliant actor, would even agree to be part in this poorly produced movie. Mediocre acting skills and bad story line. The police wouldn't handle or act in investigations as portrait in this B rated film. Not worth watching it. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/24 Full Review Daniel T This is a contender for the worst movie I have ever seen in my life. Nothing makes sense, especially the ending - I wish I had seen the reviews before wasting 92 minutes of my life. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/29/24 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Alejandro Lingenti La Nación (Argentina) But [Morgan's] work is not enough to improve too much a trite and erratic film that uses a surprise ending as a ditch effort to close a story full of stumbles. Anderson Common Sense Media Muddled, vaguely irritating, and somewhat offensive, this un-thrilling thriller moves lifelessly through through its story and has a bizarre head-scratcher of an ending.
