Alejandro Lingenti La Nación (Argentina) But [Morgan's] work is not enough to improve too much a trite and erratic film that uses a surprise ending as a ditch effort to close a story full of stumbles. Hugo G I feel like Morgan had to eat during a lot of scense, so he wouldn't laugh too much at the stupidity of the lines. Don't even bother. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 12/11/24 Full Review Gare m The first 5 minutes I knew, maybe this wasn't such a good choice. I saw the handgun the perp had on his bed before he got pew pewed. Could I have stopped the movie and watched something else, sure but I was committed to seeing this thing through. Morgan Freeman was a highlight for sure and who knew an ex NFL player would do a good job of acting. I'll never get the 1 hour and 32 minutes back but I had nothing to do and like I said, I was committed to watching this movie. The ending was a wtf moment. I hope there isn't a sequel. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 12/11/24 Full Review Audience Member After the first five minutes, this film plumbs depths of poor plotting, acting, and continuity previously unexplored. Characters appear and vanish like morning fog. All major roles lack a moral compass, which leads to inexplicable actions intended to shock the viewer. Instead, the audience is baffled. The settings are Rome (Italy) and rural Georgia (USA), with almost no connections between them other than a string of murders. Worst of all, the movie’s climax is set some 20 minutes before the film ends, and all that follows lacks cohesion. This is atrocious filmmaking. All involved should demand their names be stricken from the credits. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 10/04/24 Full Review Desiree C Horrible film, I think they spent all their budget on Morgan Freeman and the rest of the cast… it must have been their first acting gig. There were so many flash backs, so much jumping around, so many things unanswered… just … plain awful movie. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 07/26/24 Full Review Mike C Even the mighty Morgan Freeman can't save this so pointless film. A plot that jumps around between Italy and the USA with no real connection. A script that is just plain awful and a screenplay that the writers couldn't think of an ending for. Don't watch, go wash your hair, change the bed or sit in silence, thier all better than this film. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 07/13/24 Full Review Nelson P Really bad plot and writing. Fight scenes are woeful! Dialogue and acting are truly poor. A very poor project for Morgan Freeman to be associated with. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 06/14/24 Full Review Read all reviews
