ashley h The Sailor Takes a Wife is an okay film. It is about a sailor who stops by a serviceman's canteen and meets a USO hostess before he ships out to Europe. Robert Walker and June Allyson give decent performances. Richard Whorf did an alright job directing this movie. I liked this motion picture because of the humor.
