Synopsis
Teddy Harrison (Edward Woodward) is a recently retired Scotland Yard detective who plans on spending his twilight years on a ranch in Australia. But first he travels to New York City to visit his daughter, Cecilia (Elizabeth Hurley), and meet her boyfriend, Frank (Jeffrey Nordling). When he arrives, he learns that Frank, who is also a police detective, is on the trail of a supposed serial killer. Soon, Teddy's police instincts kick in and he's hard at work on the case.
