A vaguely conceived suspenser that's unlikely to find much support among horror audiences with justifiably higher expectations. Go to Full Review

Mostly, "The Sound" gets by on pure sensation. Mattison finds a lot to look at in the shadows - and in the heavy hum of the subway's deep holes, she finds a lot to hear. Go to Full Review

MARLA H 12/30/2023 Absolutley awful movie. The plot was somewhat ok but the acting was really, really bad. See more KerryWhite's S @KerryWhite77 09/29/2023 Rating: 5/10. 51/100 See more 08/15/2020 Kinda boring, predictable and cheesy but not the worst horror movie I've ever seen See more 08/14/2020 The sound has an interesting premise but the execution is terrible. The problem is the movie doesn’t really go anywhere or do anything. It’s Rose McGowan spending the majority of the movie and subway tunnels trying to find ghosts and that’s it. Christopher Lloyd is in the film it’s more of a cameo than anything. The acting here isn’t very good and it does have a creepy atmosphere but doesn’t do anything with it. A massive disappointment.
