Jose Maria Santos Cine-Mundial The movie has great moments, in which the most sensational artists are the lions. [Full review in Spanish] Sep 18, 2019 Full Review Read all reviews

Russ Another movie featuring Bogey besides Casablanca, High Sierra, and The Caine Mutiny that you never heard of. One part melodrama, one part sappy romance. We get to see Oliver Wendell Douglas [Eddie Albert] in a prior lifetime. The real stars are the big cats and the guys who did the actual stunts in the cage. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/07/24 Full Review Aldo G Under appreciated romantic drama. Pacing by director Ray Enright keeps the story moving. Bogie's leads the cast, but the legendary actor's performance is matched by Eddie Albert and Sylvia Sidney. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/30/24 Full Review Steve D I found it rather ridiculous. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/17/24 Full Review Audience Member This is one of my favorite Humphrey Bogart performances. Add to that the stunts involving the lions and this is a pretty good film that's rarely talked about. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Humphrey Bogart runs a circus in this corny big top drama. Bogie is the shady manager who takes on a new lion tamer played by a young Eddie Albert. Love, jealousy, action, suspense. It's all pretty silly, but fairly inoffensive and does feature two strong leads. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member does the plot seem familiar? that's because its a reworking of WB's 'kid galahad' Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Read all reviews
