Audience Member This is a great look at how theatre enriches high school experiences whether you study there or teach there. Everyone who wonders if funding the arts is a worthy endeavor should watch this. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Mr. Skeels and his team did a wonderful job capturing kids who are "in" and who LOVE the arts! If this were a movie about a sports team I bet there would be 100's of reviews, comments and venues to view the film. I suggest you take your children to see this WONDERFUL film then ask your kids to go to school the next day to share their feeling with other students. I bet there would be an amazing response. Distributors need to understand the value and impact films like "Thespians" have on our kids. Even kids who play sports and have never been on the stage can relate as its all about "team" and working together as a unit to put it all together and mount the production or present a scene or really "sell a song" in a competitive environment. GO SEE THIS FILM AND BRING A CHILD WITH YOU! You will be so glad that you did. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Fantastic! What an triumphant, incredible story. These students are truly talented, as are the makers of the movie. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member This is a wonderful movie that will make you laugh and cry. Even if you are not a big theater fan. For those out there who say things like, " Today's youth, drug addicts and gang members...watch this movie and see just how committed, hardworking and dedicated today's youth really are Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Makes you feel like you're a part of the journey watching these kids put their hearts and souls into these productions. Found myself cheering for them when they got picked to go and sad when they didn't. Informative, personal, and entertaining, check it out you won't be disappointed!
