Audience Member Time Runner is pure sin, the film's paradoxical forces so strong they seep through the fourth wall and manage to manipulate real life. How else do you explain the film's theatrical poster, in which Hamill sports a healthy-looking mustache yet on-screen looks like a shaven Willem Dafoe? Sadly for our star, this Terminator-in-space bootleg is one deep trough after the next as he loses his lines in a void of Gouraud-rendered pointlessness. Like most inanimate pieces of meat, Hamill and his co-stars show us (with staggering efficiency) just how off something can go in 90 minutes. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Admittedly, 'Time Runner' presents some interesting concepts but they are executed in feeble fashion. Aside from Mark Hamill, the performances range from being spotty to obviously stilted. Low production value isn't inherently problematic however when a feature like 'Time Runner' is shot and directed as if it were an episode of the Power Rangers series, the whole viewing experience is particularly underwhelming to say the least. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie makes very little sense, it's so boring, and the only good actors are Hamill and Chong, who should've turned this horrible movie down. Don't waste your time. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member The best way to describe this movie is, well, it stinks. The plot has so many huge holes throughout that it is absurd. The dialogue is laughably bad sometimes, the acting by the stars, Mark Hamill and Rae Dawn Chong isn?t too bad, but the rest of the cast overacts dreadfully. The score is overbearing, the action scenes aren?t too thrilling. It?s poorly directed and a waste of celluloid. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member 35/100. I wouldn't recommend seeing this movie. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
