Otherwise, this is a sadly typical Hallmark movie with no dramatic tension, no suspense, no emotion and no chemistry. I don't blame the actors for just going through the motions, but the sidekick girl was just annoyingly silly. Again, probably not her fault, because the character was written that way. I've seen a few decent Hallmark movies, where you actually care (somewhat) about the characters, but this isn't one of them. Malta deserves so much better.
