Honestly,this movie had soooo much potential and had a generally good story but, it's just the stock sounds and bad CGI, really, if this movie didn't have such noticeable bad CGI and stock sounding sound effects then it would be so much better but, no, if it was released in 1980 and had the same CGI, people would still say its bad, I'm sorry top cat, your just not on top... But top cat tricking that dog into thinking he was a cat was kinda dim and funny at the same time

It's not the best cartoon turned into a film but it's not as bad as Tom and Jerry: the movie. The story is not bad, the characters are a mix of dumb, annoying and idiotic. The best one is Fancy fancy and his girlfriend. Also why does spook always say like?The animation is as Bethany Rutter says it best a horror show. To be honest, I didn't like it. 5.5/10
