      matt d OK to watch. It makes you think about your principles and how far youre willing to go and for whom. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Medium-quality blend of Strangers on a Train, The Postman Always Rings Twice, Double Indemnity and countless other film noirs. Femme fatale Theresa Russell ably lures a rather bland, miscast Adam Baldwin down the road to perdition Jim Thompson style. Noir fans will enjoy this murder mystery despite it's all having been done a thousand times before. And since all modern noirs require their fair complement of nudity, be sure to get the 1994 Showtime original version, not the 1996 cleaned-up TV-movie release.
