The sequel rides the same rails as the original but doesn’t manage to re-create the kicky nonstop action/tension that made “Busan” so enjoyable. Go to Full Review

I feel like [director Yeon Sang-ho] misunderstood what he had the first time around. It seemed like he was just trying to make a "Hollywood" movie [for the sequel], and that's really not what made the first film so great. Go to Full Review

JG 08/16/2021 It felt like Fast and Furious met the zombie apocalypse. I liked the movie, but it didn't capture the suspense and thrill of being chased, as well as the emotions as within Train To Busan.
