Roger Moore Orlando Sentinel Even by the standards of some of the more cultish corners anime, this is a confusing mash-up of story and subtitling. Honest D This is by far the best Trigun. The original series is great, but this is as good as it got. The art is perfect, some of the best ive ever seen to this day. And since its a movie it doesnt suffer from the insane amount of filler of the series. (I mean really... as much as i love it the series was 85% filler.)I'm shocked that not long after this came out some geniuses decided to just scrap it all and give it a wholly unneeded revamp. It's a shame really. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/05/23 Full Review StephenPaul C The greatest 1.5 hours ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/12/23 Full Review Jarvz I watched this movie a while ago while watching the Trigun anime, I liked it. Not as good as the anime, though, which is great. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Even though this is an arc taking place in between the original anime and having a forgettable story, it's still animated wonderfully, the characters are likeable and well rounded and the action set pieces are dazzlingly creative. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 09/18/18 Full Review Audience Member Maybe more like a 3.75. I really enjoyed this. I really enjoyed the manga and the anime too. It was nice to see the movie fit the same tone. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member It fails to meet the standards that the series layed down.
