Audience Member This is a cheap Italian knockoff of the Trinity movies that were also Italian westerns. The Trinity movies were comedies. The plot of this movie is just the adventures of two outlaws, one black and the other white. This movie tries to be funny but when the sound track doesn't match the lips of the actors it's hard to follow. Also, just because something is funny in Italian doesn't mean it's funny in English. That's the problem with Italian comedies translated into English. There's a lot of shooting in this movie but no one gets shot. The props are cheap, the sets are cheap, and the costumes are cheap. It was filmed in wide screen mode but the cheap DVD my sister gave me has this movie cropped to fit a standard TV screen. The left and right sides of the screen are chopped off. They didn't even do a good job using pan and scan. At the beginning the titles are chopped off. Several times in the movie the actors talk to each other from the edges of the screen and a wide gap between them. Sometimes the actor talking isn't even on the screen. It's a good example of why you should get wide screen versions of good movies. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member 150626: Nonsensical Trinity (and Bambino) knock off that just doesn't reach the same level. Rather than brothers, in this case, Trinity is a sailor from Trinidad and Sartana is a gunfighter. Occasional fun scene. Very spaghetti like but more comedy, slapstick driven. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Old West partners has one outlaw attempting to get rich and the other giving the money away in Robin Hood fashion. As a rule, spaghetti westerns should avoid the slapstick and this is no exception. Any chemistry between the leads is undetectable due to the poor dubbing. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member Trinity And Sartana Are Coming is, bluntly, not a good movie. Borrowing the names of two popular gunslingers for the main characters and nothing else, this movie is a buddy comedy about two thieves skilled at stealing money, but not holding on to it. Characters are mostly annoying, the soundtrack is irritating, and not even good in a bad way. Avoid this movie. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member My copy of this film came from the first edition of Mill Creek's Mean Guns 20 pack. The Second edition does not contain this film. Nothing mean about this film, and its not a Spaghetti Western, its more of an Italian Comedy Western and don't let the title confuse you as these are not the actors from the film They Call Me Trinity. Not even close. Trinity in this film is Black and from Trinidad. If certain racial comments offend you then my advise is skip this movie cause I really don't want to read another review griping about what was common in the seventies. The film itself tries to be like the other Trinity films but falls way short. 2 1/2 stars only. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Read all reviews
