Serving as modern blaxploitation, I can’t say the film is doing anything as revolutionary as those urban classics. Still, it does well enough at keeping up a sort of tradition.

I was disappointed. Had a decent enough cast to be good, but just really missed the mark. Fighting scenes were not the greatest and gave kind of blaxploitation vibes overall. Always fun to see Method Man in a project though. You know he’ll have a fun comedic line or too. But at the end of the day, even that wasn’t enough to save the movie.

Method Man absolutely makes this B movie. He's hilarious! Michael Jai White was good too. They gotta make more movies like this. They definitely could have done without the post credits scene though... Not sure why they did that other than to insinuate there would be a sequel
