Meghan O'Keefe Decider Have you ever thought that The Odyssey might be better if Tommy Wiseau, and not Homer, wrote it? That's sort of the vibe you'll get from Troy: The Odyssey on Netflix. Mar 14, 2018 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Im against the distortion of history or books on regards of "inclusiveness". Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member love brad pit, love the acting, the best movie of the year! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Unwatchable. Cheaply made and some of the actors had Australian accents. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member The acting isn't good at all. The actor playing Agamemnon is horrible. I wouldn't watch this movie again by choice. It's just horrible. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Audience Member It took me nearly the entire movie to figure out who Odysseus sounded like - then it came to me, he sounded much like the character Mathezar in Galaxy Quest (not that I'm comparing the two movies - Galaxy Quest is a great movie). I was hoping for at least a faithful rendering of Homer's classic, but there were too many convenient departures for my liking. The music is sleep-inducing, the directing uninspired, the fight scenes boring, the acting just so-so. The effects were okay, but certainly not up to today's standards. All in all, a waste of time. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Talking about being original. After reading all the negative reviews I decided to give it a try and boy Iâ(TM)m so glad I did. Donâ(TM)t expect to watch the same old boring story of Troy. This is a revolutionary story I had never seen in any of the books. I loved this movie I hope they make sequel. I havenâ(TM)t laughed so hard in so long after the final boss fight. A must watch. A master piece lmao. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Read all reviews
