Are we back in the 90s? Yes, yes, because that’s what the kids are thirsting for apparently: a 90s style romance, stuffed with glycerine and melodrama and songs-and-dances from that era. Go to Full Review

It is the kind of cinema where there is an unwritten pact between people on both sides of the screen that the film will not cause any emotional discomfort for consumers of the product. Go to Full Review

Flip, frivolous and not as much fun as it aspires to be: that about sums up the first half of Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. Go to Full Review

The direction swings wildly, unsure whether it wants to be a breezy rom-com, a travel fantasy, a coming-of-age love story, or even a surface-level feminist tale, and ends up being none of the above. Go to Full Review

There are times when TMMT feels like it’s been written by a teenager who has watched DDLJ far too many times for his health. Much of the risible dialogue is obsessed with replicating Gen Z speech and carping at perceived wokeness. Go to Full Review

Dec 30 An average movie to watch at home while streaming. Some good kicks and laughter but overall sub par. See more Dec 28 I had fun throughout. The actors were good and Kartik is in great form. The visuals were beautiful. It was a fun family watch, like old school Dharma movies. See more Mirza M @mirzabaig890 Jan 3 'Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri' is a light and airy romantic comedy lost in predictability and tediousness. See more Jan 1 WTH…. Same preteen stupid concepts See more Dec 31 Nice light romantic comedy movie, must watch with family and it has some good laughs See more Pranabb El G @pranabbelgogoii Dec 29 Tu Meri Main Tera Man Tera Tu Meri is another example of Bollywood valuing style over substance. Set in exotic locations with glossy visuals and catchy music, the film’s weak, predictable story lacks depth and conflict. Characters fall in love instantly, make big life choices too easily, and resolve problems without real growth. Important topics like immigration and elder care are only touched upon. The romance relies on montages and pretty scenes, but feels empty. Attempts at progressive themes seem shallow. The acting is decent, but the writing offers little for the cast to work with. Relationships remain superficial and emotional moments feel forced. Ultimately, this is a visually impressive but emotionally hollow film—safe, predictable, and more interested in looking good than telling a meaningful story. If you want real emotion or depth, look elsewhere. Big budgets and beautiful locations can’t replace strong storytelling. See more Read all reviews
