V/H/S/: Viral is hardly a sensation as it cycles through the franchise's least frightening vignettes yet.

Gorptholemew T 🍀2.7/10 🚮 certified stinker 🚮 There's a huge part of me that wants to like this, but it's just so bad. I guess the overarching segment is. Vicious circle and it's pretty bad. It has glimmer of goodness, but is overall tarnished by weird tiny pieces that really just don't fit and whatever the fuck that family barbecue was, was just so cringy 0.5/10

Dante, the great. OK now this is actually really entertaining if you look at it from a satire it's a great comedy not at all what I want from V/H/S but like it has just hilarious moments but overall really unneeded 2/10 the swat fight was pretty fun

Parallel monster. I feel like I should like this more because it has a strong beginning, but I just got bored at the end, but I mean like bro that last shot was a bombastic with his head going in like WTF. 4.5/10

Bonestorm. Another that I feel like I should like because there's glimmers of goodness but the main leads are very unlikable and I just did not connect with it at all and wanted it to be over. 3/10

My average score for V/H/S viral is a 2.7/10 hey utterly disappointing and low point for the franchise. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 10/12/23 Full Review Chance W A disgusting and terrible movie that will never live up to its predecessors I would rather kill my self than watch this terrible movie ever again Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 04/30/23 Full Review Melancholia The first short story was just straight up mega ass, and the rest were meh. Doesn't hold a candle anywhere near to the two previous V/H/S movies. Candice Frederick Reel Talk Online I was mostly waiting for it to end. Rated: F+ Sep 1, 2017 Full Review Doug Knoop Seattle Times I couldn't wait to hit eject on this whole jittery mess. Rated: 1/4 Nov 28, 2014 Full Review Jordan Hoffman Guardian I recognize that it's part of the great horror tradition to beat a marketable name into the ground, but that doesn't make up for the disappointment. Rated: 1/5 Nov 21, 2014 Full Review Brian Eggert Deep Focus Review An unwatchable mess. Rated: 1/4 Jul 18, 2022 Full Review Nicholas Bell IONCINEMA.com While this is the only portion of this franchise entry to remotely deal with this motif, it's also the least effective, lacking in any real kind of cohesive design. Rated: 1/5 Sep 12, 2019 Full Review Molly Henery The Blogging Banshee I think aside from the shorts being more nonsensical and not even remotely scary, the thing that upset me the most was the overarching storyline of "Vicious Circles."
