william w I was not sure what to expect when I pulled up this movie. I enjoyed it. Biting social commentary about how we view others and the crazy explosion of social media stars and 'influencers'. Casey Killoran does a great job in the lead role of Marsha, our rising social media star. We see the cruelty that exists on social media, leading one to think 'is anyone ever really popular any more'. We see, through humor, the very worst of social media. Well done film. And commerce through the taste makers through the freakish impersonal new world we live in. It was well directed and acted. It is a dark comedy that is a ballsy wake up call to all of us. The movie is a very acurate depiction of the nonsense and excess of the internet in this case triggered by body shaming and lack of confidence. The film also forces the audience to ask questions themselves about what we value most, fame, wealth, lifestyle, authentic relationships, family, true friendship, honesty etc. The acting is stellar from the entire cast, especially the leads.
