Alain E @AlainE Dec 10 The late great Benito Mussolini had declared Alida Valli as the most beautiful woman and he was totally on the money. Here she is a rich heiress, paralyzed after a skiing accident, who falls in love with a small time crook who is hiding in a small Ohio town. In the end there is a ridiculous car crash, the car flipping several times due to the tremendous speed that cars of the time were traveling at. The hero survives the hospitalization and then wearing a three piece suit and hat is led from the hospital to prison. In the final appearance of Ms Valli, who is there to tell him goodbye, they also use a ridiculous soft filter. Don’t miss the cute little dog, earlier!
