Elizabeth A good old fashioned family movie, watched because John Denver was starring, enjoyed it. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/24/24 Full Review Audience Member Really good family watching here John Denver did a good job James Welch, Harrison, Arkansas, June 16, 2023 Rated 3 out of 5 stars 06/16/23 Full Review Audience Member ummmm... it wasn't good Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member I had no idea what to expect I got this off Netflix and although the film has some notable actors I thought the overall film was very slow. The main flaw would be that the story was very weak and the conflict that arose was not dramatic enough to keep me interested. There were remnants of a good story but it was not portrayed or directed well enough. The main idea of the family surviving winter was so downplayed that it felt lilke there was no way they would not survive. It felt too laid back to attempt to show the danger of the wilderness. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie was a good story and it was nice to see JOHN DENVER be in a diffrent role with a beard and mustache! :) wow!
