william k Silly, low-budget sci-fi yarn is entertaining for what it's worth, but not more. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member A notable Corman film, mainly for its actors and out-there sci-fi plot, but it works fairly well. Sure, it's not terribly exciting or surprising, and the pacing is a little off. There's enough appeal of the premise to go with the short run-time, making it an easier watch. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member Out of the three films on Shout Factory's Sci-Fi Classics release in the Roger Corman's Cult Classics collection, this is the least interesting. Since "Attack of the Crab Monsters" and "Not of This Earth" are minor masterpieces, it's not really criticizing this film to say it doesn't hold up to them. Charles Griffith didn't write this one, and it shows. It's a fairly routine, but very entertaining, 50s sci fi flick. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Read all reviews
