SkyRo P Welcome, a 2025 thriller released on Tubi, stars a few unknown actors and actresses I hadn’t heard of before. The story focuses on a couple who plans a vacation getaway in a remote rental home — only to find it’s already occupied by someone else. There’s a nice thriller setup here, a feeling of paranoia and suspicion when you realize someone’s in the house. But as the story plays out, it starts to lose steam. The big reveal about who’s there and their connection to the couple is fairly predictable, with only a small twist that feels underwhelming. The wife seemed like she might be in on it at first, adding some potential for a dramatic twist, but in the end, it turns out she hadn’t a clue what was going on — which felt confusing and a bit strange for the story’s context. Overall, I was disappointed because I hoped it would be a more clever thriller. It fell flat and seemed to miss its potential. I wouldn’t really recommend it, and I certainly wouldn’t watch it again, but it might be worth a casual view if you’re a thriller lover with nothing else on.
