Sellers plays a hospital administrator who urges unnecessary surgeries from the staff. Purely a dark comedy and spoof of hospitals, the goal is to keep patients indefinately in the hospital to acquire insurance benefits or their homes. Peter Sellers perfectly played the role of a greedy, crooked (and very comical) hospital administrator. I loved the bit with the pepsi machine, as well as so many other parts of the movie.
