Audience Member Absolutely terrible. The acting is the scariest part of the movie. Hard to take the movie seriously, and many of the characters are annoying. Interesting concept, but none of it every makes any sense, don't waste your time Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Where The Skin Lies is a tense and psychologically complex film. The narrative is really well conceived and never feels predictable. Refreshingly it has a female lead character, played beautifully by Georgia Winters that shows strength and leadership, a role so often portrayed by men. It's nice to see a film representing women as more than the 'supporting' aid to the male 'hero'. All of the performances in this film are really great, the cast really create believable relationships and situations with one another. I would highly recommend watching this film! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Once you get over a couple of plot holes at the start you learn to really love this low budget thriller. Really unique concept that keeps you guessing who will win and who will lose. Good fun Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Kat Hughes THN There's a sound idea at the heart of Where the Skin Lies, but sadly the characters make too many leaps of logic and the audience is left a little confused as to how they've arrived at their conclusions. Rated: 2/5 Aug 24, 2018 Full Review Jennie Kermode Eye for Film All in all, this is a solid feature debut that should have some staying power among fans. Rated: 3/5 Sep 7, 2017 Full Review Anton Bitel SciFiNow these ordinary-seeming people are exposed for their selfishness, subterfuge and savagery, as they remain, by implication, hostages to their own essential moral makeup, concealed just beneath the skin.
